I had the replace my alternator and the existing OEM wire harness broke apart because the plastic was brittle from heat exposure and age. I recommend you order one of these harnesses before you even start the repair just in case because based on the Nissan forums and my research online, this is a common problem.

This aftermarket wire harness worked perfectly for my 2010 Nissan Maxima. The harness is a direct fit for the existing wiring even though the actual wire colors are different from those on my cars OEM harness. Just match thr wires based on where each of the original three wires is installed.

The wire guage size is actually stronger than the OEM wires on the car.

The heat shrink splices were included and worked wonderfully! I recommend that you also wrap the new wires with protective wire wrap to extend thier service life after completing the repair.

No need to spend significantly more for an OEM part when this one works great at a real value. I completed my repair last Friday and then took the car on a 800 mile trip without issue

Perfect fit. I was replacing the alternator on my car and the plastic connector was very brittle and cracked. I didn't use the wires that this came with. I just de-pinned the connectors and reused the factory wires/pins. Connector fit everything perfectly. Very happy ðŸ˜

Plug fit alternator good, but the wires were much bigger than the original ones. I made them fit though, but it would have been easier if the wires were the same size.
