I had high hopes for this mattress to be the best option for me. Had to find help to move the box and remove the mattress to my bed support and take off the plastic. It has been 5 days and it is not the 8" promised. It varies between 6.5 - 7" around it at different places. Very disappointed in this lack. Today I will put sheets on it and sleep in it for the first time. If I find it fulfills the promise of pain free and comfort will come back to improve the rating. But for now this is all I can do for it.

Update today: 2 nights in this bed and am satisfied with the comfort level. I am a side sleeper and it does well conforming to that. Not too firm and not too soft. Even though it has not reached it's 8" as promised I am content with the level of comfort it offers me. The mattress reshapes within 2 hours to no body imprint - a good thing. So at this point I can recommend this particular mattress to mostly living up to it's advertisement other than reaching it's height, even though I have seen it has for others. I may come back at some point in the future to confirm or complain depending on how well it holds up.

So I've forever been terrified of buying a foam mattress. So I thought I'd order this to try out foam because my spring mattress was over 10years. This one is a good price to test and had good reviews. So I got the mattress. I was very skeptical and worried the whole time I let it opened to decompress. It had no problems forming into its shape in about 6 hours or so. I allowed it to air out standing instead of flat. It really had no smell. I put my nose to it and thought my eyes got itchy after but maybe it was from something else. So no odors and no problems with its shape. So finally I slept on it. And I guess since I'm not use to foam it felt really weird. It feels like you're stuck in every position you move into. But I guess that's how it is. It has a sinking feeling but I guess that is also how it is. I woke up actually feeling really good and like my back was straighter. And I ordered 8 inch and it indeed shaped into 8 inches because I measured it. It seems smaller but it's not compared to my old mattress that is also 8 inches. Ok so my reason tho for 4 star is because the material is polyester which you can't find in the description. Polyester is really bad for your hormones but it seems they make everything out of plastic nowadays. I researched organic brands and basically anything labeled organic vegan etc is just greenwashing. All foam mattress are processed with tons of chemicals. They have to. It's a science in order to turn fibers into all the crazy things they make. They will then add some essential oils at the end to call it organic. Overall this is a wonderful buy for toxic mattress because they all are. It's a lesser evil. It's very comfortable in a stiff odd sinking way. I bought some cotton sheets to help balance things out. I recommend you buy this mattress for testing the foam waters and your budget.

Best budget mattress, but shipping took a longer than expected. Order on the 7th of Jan. Prime shipping between 12th -17th. Didn't receive till the 19th. Never waited this long for anything purchased on prime. Especially living in North California where's there's Amazon hubs near by. Other than that. Mattress itself, is everything as advertised. Quality is beyond what we expected. Got the 12" king size med-firm. Feels firm but soft. Really comfortable! Right out of the box, no smell. Expanded to 12" less than a couple of hours. Which was awesome! First night of sleep on the mattress, have to say probably best nights of sleep in a long time and slept through the night without tossing and turning. Didn't wake up with back pain at all. I've been dealing with pain for a long time and this mattress really helped with lower back pressure. My wife's has worse back pain then I do and her lower back pain was relieved as well. Pain not totally gone but after a few nights her pain is getting better and better. Definitely don't hesitate to purchase!

I got the 8" full size mattress. It only took a few hours to fully expand, and I didn't notice any strange smell with it. The soft, quilted texture of the mattress made me almost not want to put my mattress protector on it. I cannot recommend this mattress enough! I was a little hesitant because of how low the price was, but this bed is an absolute steal. It's firm, but has just the right amount of "give" to it. I'm a pretty big girl, but even I don't sink in that much. Perfect for side or back sleepers. I've dealt with back pain for a while, and it's nice to wake up not feeling so sore from an uncomfortable bed. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I wish I had taken photos. This thing loffeted just like they said it would. I let it do it's thing for about 50 hours before putting any weight on it. We purchased a King 10" (wish I had gone thicker just because it would be nice to have the bed seem taller). We put it on our existing box springs. Other reviews mentioned bad smell.. we had no bad odors, other reviews mentioned mold... I keep checking but still have not seen any mold.(it has been 4 weeks since we set it up) I will update if that changes. I have never purchased or as far as I know ever slept on a foam bed so I was a little skeptical in purchasing it. It is so great when my husband gets up during the night I don't even feel him getting up, also my dog moving around during the night no longer wakes me up like it did with our old bed. Highly recommend. Sorry for those that did not get the product they were expecting but our experience has not been the case. We are very pleased. I am planning on purchasing a queen for our guest bedroom.
