I have tested out the features. Broiling a steak which turned out perfect, toasted some toast and for dinner did garlic toast also. The grill cleaned up easily with no scrubbing just washing with Dawn Platinum Dish Soap. I am using this in our RV now that I've tested it out in the house. Very happy with it.
