This pan is super easy to clean and pretty durable! I accidentally dropped it on the ground when I was putting it away and not a scratch was on it! I wish it was a little bigger in size, but it's perfect for a meal for one or two. I feel like it heats evenly-ish, but that may be due to my stove as the surface doesn't always heat evenly lol
