It really has helped me with reducing dizziness and has helped my blood to become red again! When I took Berberine by itself, it wasn't enough. And it was the same with the Ceylon Cinnamon. But taking both in the same formula, along with Chromiam really makes a definite difference I am expecting my next lab test to show a lowe A1C!

This is my second bottle because I know it takes a while to get in your system. I go to the doctor 1st of May to check my A1C. This product has more of the ingredients that I read about that helps with blood sugar. This product is also a great value for all the good things that are in this pill.

I will update this review once I complete the full jar, however, so far after taking this for 4 days these have been excellent.
I am amazed at how well they have solved my issue, which is:
After I eat lunch (only lunch for some reason not other meals) I get some sort of blood sugar spike.
I have not talked to a doctor about this yet. Don't know much about it.
The feeling during this spike is awful. I cannot really describe it, but I am tired and jittery at the same time, with some feeling of physical stress. It's such a nuisance that I often don't want to have lunch to avoid it.
I took this supplement a few hours before my lunch at around 12p, then had lunch at around 2p.
