Just made a fresh peach tart with this. It worked very well. I especially liked the crust shaper. The tart came out looking great. Easy to open, just sit it on top of A 28 oz can and let the edge fall down. The inner piece is slick enough that the tart just slips out of the pan.

I'm thinking seriously of buying a second one so I can make two tarts at a time.
