Overall we love this humidifier and have been using it frequently. Refilling it is just difficult and always need to grab a paper towel to try to get it open, it's hard to grab onto and twist and is very tight fit (?). Other than that we're very happy with it!

The product wasn't made properly as you screw off the part where you have to put in the water it broke off, but Amazon refund me the money. They need to be made properly in the factory. It's not the seller's fault but it was cheaply made.
