I, like many, decided to try my hand at Amigurumi (crochet stuff animals) with a Wooble kit. I LOVE their kits. Everything you need in a small little bag, and the best instructions, making what seemed impossible, possible!

That's where Easy Peasy yarn comes in. It's the yarn you get in the kits. It's easy to use, feels good, and is great for amigurumi. After doing most of the Wooble's catalog, I decided to branch out and try some other designs. At first I used normal yarn, but quickly found the problem with that... yarn tangles so easily and frays and it's much harder to see your stitches!

After a few "meh" attempts with regular yarn, I rushed back to Easy Peasy. One skein yields a lot of yarn. The colors are all super vibrant and there are currently (as of July of 2023) 13 different colors to choose from.

I only have two complaints. 1) If you want to roll your yarn into a ball, sometimes the starter yarn is hidden in the middle of the skein and you have to kind of dig it out. When learning about this, it was a little frustrating but with the help of another person, it was easy enough to get it all wound up. Just know, you might need a little assistance. Cats will try and tell you they'll help, but don't trust them!

2) I just want more colors. Not a big complaint at all, I just would love more options, and maybe a few multi colored skeins.

I started a few weeks ago with my first woobles kits and wanted to keep making more. Love the woobles skeins - the yarn is smooth and soft and does not unravel. I have made 6 of the Pierre the Penguin design from this skienso far and still have plenty of yarn for more!

219yds/200m of EXCELLENT quality yarn. I've bought from other brands before and either disliked the yarn or their price (or both). This one seems a perfect match for those working on an amigurumi project.

If you're familiar with The Woobles, this seems like the best value to work on their projects. I'm able to create about six (6) Salem the Cat with the purple yarn. Or about 5 (five) Ralph the Reindeer with the sand yarn.

As someone new to crocheting, my frustration level has been "over the top." This yarn was recommended to me by the instructor. One of her other students had brought it to her to try because she loved it. I haven't been disappointed. It's smoother so makes it easier to practice and see your "holes."

The biggest things for me as a brand new beginner that this yarn does:
-Doesn't warp when you're constantly frogging to try again.
-You can see the stitches SO easily!
-Doesn't split and fray

I've tried learning how to crochet with "normal" yarn twice and gave up in frustration, but with this yarn I was finally able to "get it" and start working on an actual project. I'm in love.
