I bought this for myself but ended up giving it to my daughter, she said it was a great buy and it cooks well, it does the same thing as a Instants Pot, it was so much cheaper, I saved and she was a happy camper

Cosori is one of my go to brands now. I received an air fryer for Christmas from my sister and love it. I am impressed with how the company handled the air fryer recall, and how they stand by their products. Well made with additional accesories available. I look for the Cosori brand now and bought the pressure cooker to try different cuisines. It's amazing.

Love it because you can use it to cook so many things. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is bvecause their reference time chart seems way off. Frozen veggies... only set the timer for 2 min. raw veggies 3. But maybe because I don't use low pressure for aanything. One thing people need to realize is that if you are transitioning from the stovetop rocker pressure cooker to his electric type, it will take longer to come up to pressure so you need to adjust your time accordingly.

I really love having a High/Low pressure cooker. I use the slow cooker for pinto beans with ham hocks and stews. Fully functioning pressure cooker is great with corn on the cob etc. Many functions, just put in any food and press the corresponding button. Excellent instruction book with recipes. It is a little to big to leave on the counter for my daily rice, Cooks 1 cup or more great, but doesn't shine with just a half cup. (too big so I bought a mini cooker for that). One glaring design error though. I like to steam veggies and this comes with a flimsy metal rack (read scratch the non-stick) that wants to collapse and has large spaces on the steaming surfaces. Great for a fish filet, but many smaller veggies will fall through. The manufacturer says to cover it with tin foil and cut slots in it, so they know it's a problem, but apparently did not care to fix it. Bought a separate steamer. Bought a separate steamer and dropped a star.

Absolutely worth getting if you are looking for an entry level pressure cooker. Compared to Instant Pot equivalents in the same price range, the Cosori offers more functions and works just as well (I used an Instant Pot for years). Not sure if the newer Instant Pot's come with a non stick "pot" but this Cosori does and wow does it help with clean up; specifically when making rice. I took away 1 star because the pressure release takes 3-4x longer compared to Instant Pot equivalents. On average if you immediately release the pressure when the cook is done, it will take about 2 whole minutes for the pressure to release while my older Instant Pot released the pressure completely in about 30 seconds.
