The directions aren't even necessary. It's extremely self explanatory and super easy to put together. When you're putting it on the wall it may get a little heavy but that's because I have no upper body strength. The only thing I was unsure about was how far apart to place the stairs but we'll see how it goes. My cat has to adjust to it but once she does it'll be great!
