I bought this electric water heater just want to alleviate some of the chill in my son's kiddy pool. It's a 6'x4' pool and had about 2 feet of water in it. Straight out of the hose the water was 30 degrees. I dropped this heater in at 10pm and when I checked it at 6am it was at 50 degrees. Definitely stunned by how well it works. Highly recommend for this type of use.
