Not very easy to put together

I had seen a lot of reviews on YouTube in which the reviewer stated it was easy to put together.
It almost was. Two things drove me nuts. 1. The roller under the Y axis would require 6 hands to hold parts together while a screw and nut were put in place. The bearing would come apart so I just CA glues the thing in place. I never could get both spacers in place. If that causes a problem in the future I'll use a plastic shim.
The 2nd thing was the way the Y axis belt threads. Again it took a number of attempt to fish it through. Aside from that assembly was simple. I haven't used it yet but will do so tomorrow. If I don't amend this review it can be assumed it works well.

I know some people are giving it a bad review Becuase to weak or whatever. Now I will say I do wish I did buy the bigger laser and will this year but this machine will do whatever I have to do. I do wish they had a software that they helped develop but I am learning on Lightburn just make sure you label items as you need them. I have cutout bossel wood, engrave plywood, pocket wood, and so far is working for me but it did take a meek to get there. Just learning what you can and can't do and sometimes just playing with the settings.

This is a pretty comprehensive kit to get you started on your engraving journey. It took a little over hour to get it all together, but it was pretty straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. It's confusing as to what software you are suppose to use, but a quick Google search and you realize that there are plenty to choose from. There are plenty of free and premium software to pick. It engraves and cuts well enough for me. I just use it around the house type things, not for paid work or anything. I'm happy with this engraver!
