Have to turn it on twice?

I don't know if this is supposed to happen or if I got a dud but what you do is hold down the power button to turn it on, a few white lights will flash then turn to a solid white light to indicate it's now on. On mine I hold it down it does the flashing then goes dark, when I do it a second time it does the same but the white light goes solid then it works perfectly fine. It's a neat gadget. It saves you 0 time when it comes to just pouring yourself a glass of water as the pump is thin so it takes a min to fill up a glass. I like it because I use it for my puppy, she doesn't like drinking from her water bowl so I put water in her food so I use this machine to measure out her water as it has a few different options for measurements starting at 100ml up to 1000 I believe. I do this because I can keep track on her water intake and increase/ decrease as needed. Cool product. Wouldn't get if you're just following the TikTok trend as after about a week it gets boring lol. But if you measure out your water or even alcohol than this is for you!

This water dispenser was better than i had expected for such a low price. It is easy to assemble, charges quickly, and is so simple to use. It is a great add to my computer desk, and doesn't take up much room. However, nothing comes without flaws, and this product is no exception. It doesn't hold a charge for long. I had fully charged the dispenser, and within ten minutes, the battery was dead and it would not come back on. Otherwise, this is an amazing device and i would definitely purchase it again.

This product is a great and cheap alternative to buying a full on water dispenser tower, but my only gripe is that the spout is so short. It's not very ergonomically designed for filling water bottles or any cups over 300 mL even though it can dispense up to 1000mL
