I think I used two boxes to do the complete interior of my 68 Camaro. Also did most of the doors but not every square inch. I then ordered a small box of the smaller mats to complete the car. I even doubled up underneath the driver/passenger feet and leg area and top of the center hump. I found that if I tried to warm it up, it was too gooey and hard to remove the paper. My advice"¦ Form it into the curves first, then peel the paper off. You definitely need a roller or two. I used a skinny one and about a 4 inch one. I also recommend getting a roll of the aluminum tape. I pushed too hard in cracks and crevices and pushed into the rubber material. I liked it better knowing it was aluminum covered. It really quieted the car down and made everything less squeaky and less tinny. Sounds solid!

I bought a couple rolls of this to try to lower the road sound inside my truck. Its pretty heavy, just like the expensive stuff from the car audio store, and really is the exact same stuff, just a lot better price. This stuff is really sticky. Make sure the surface is clean and dry, and this stuff will stick, no problems, and it contours nicely, and make sure you apply from one side to the next to ensure all the hills and valleys are covered. I don't think weight is much of a problem, I'm not racing and it is a full size truck, I have only done the doors at this point, so the more the heavier so we'll see. Since its only the doors, I have not noticed much in the sound deadening affect of the product, still sounds the same as before, but as I said, Ill keep covering more and more and see if there are any benefits, so Ill probably be updating this as I go. As far as adhesion and weight, its just like the expensive stuff, and I think this will work just fine.

Bought this to line inside of my generator shed. It is perfect. It is easy to cut and the manufacturer even thought ahead and put cutting grids on the back side. It is a heavy material and sticks quick and great. It definitely helps with noise and heat. I need to get more to line the lid of my shed, I forgot to measure for that when I ordered.
