If you have a leather gaming chair that's not properly supporting your back, this is great for it. Also great if the chair's back is too far away and this will close up some of the gap. I don't have any back pain and I hope to keep it that way.

I was disappointed that it did not have the blue piping around the edges or down below. It's very Plain Jane and at first seems very flimsy, but the end result was that it happened to be an excellent fit for my back when I'm in my desk chair. The foam quality seems good but it is soft, which works for me, but some people might prefer a stiffer foam. The straps are firmly attached and are working fine to hold it in place. It gives me just enough support and I like that. I am also pleased it came in a reusable zippered bag. The cover is nice and soft, too.
