I'm frustrated that I cannot find this part anywhere. I've only had it since February 2023. I love the vacuum, but Amazon is sold out of this part and doesn't know if they will get any more. And I can't find it anywhere else. I will consider updating my review if I can get information on how to order this part.

This is an update to the above review. The company that I purchased the vac from honored my complaint by sending me a used vac exactly like the one I purchased, AND it included the part I needed but could not find. Thank you Best Vac for standing behind your customer! It is much appreciated!

I am pleasantly surprised with this vacuum. It's lightweight, stores compactly and cleans well. I accidentally threw away the charging cord and was very happy that replacement parts are available as well! Overall great value for the $$.

I only got to use it once before the battery stop wanting to hold a charge so that sucks I've must have gotten a faulty one but did get a protection plan on it so I'm glad I did that. That's why I gave it 4 stars

Overall the cordless vacuum is a good quality product. It's relatively quiet, allowing me to vacuum at night. It's very mobile. If you're going to use the wall mount, I would suggest having the vacuum head resting on the floor rather than having the whole unit hanging on that wall (see photos). Not only does it look better, but the mount does not seem strong enough to hold the entire unit off the floor. For those that want a stream-lined look, the power cord isn't exactly attractive so, I would suggest some wall cord clips. The vacuum is more suited to light maintenance cleaning rather than heavy duty work. I have hard vinyl floors. I'm unable to describe how this unit works on carpet. I would recommend this product. I wish there were something like a vacuum strength rating"¦.

Pros:
1. Light and easy to handle
2. Easy to empty and clean
3. Attachments are simple to change
4. Attractive design
5. Better suited to everyday maintenance house cleanup/touchups
6. The vacuum light is very handy
7. Charging time is average
8. Handy charging status light
9. The quality of the unit is surprisingly good

Cons:
1. The roller brush has difficulty sweeping away dirt stuck on a hard surface
2. The roller brush is not wide enough and requires user to go back a forth quite a bit
3. The vacuum canister is not large enough if you have a lot of pet hair
4. Not exactly low profile when mounted on a wall"¦vacuum canister sticks out about 10 inches from wall mount
5. The power cord input cover is a small and delicate piece of rubber which could be better designed to be made more durable

I am impressed at the quality of it so far. But what I found out so far is, it works great, but why was it delivered not in its own box?? It came all in pieces in an Amazon Box, that does not make sense to me at all. Strange to say the least. Also, why is it soooo short?? I am only 5'2" tall and I have to lean over to vacuum the floor, we are using it in our hangar, but man, my hubby is almost 6' tall, no way he can use it without being really hunches down. Great for my grandkids, they are little at this time. Did anyone get 2 poles for it? All in all a good vacuum.

Update: I did not realize that the tube extended, ha ha ha. It is long enough. Good vacuum.
