UPDATE AS OF 8/1: After submitting my initial review the company contracted me and provided a replacement for my fridge, so I've given them a few more stars. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's working great! Subtracting 1 star for difficult communication when I initially had the issue
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Loved this fridge/freezer combo, but it's unfortunately unreliable. It stopped working after less than two months of regular use...7 weeks, to be exact. I tried all of the troubleshooting they listed in the manual and on Amazon, but the unit is dead. When I go to the Amazon support section, the website the brand listed isn't even the actual brand. It's some apparel store. So now I have no way to contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

First electric cooler

This is the first electric cooler I have ever owned. I see in the market there's cheaper ones that probably would do the same but I'm new to this type of cooler. I decided to try my luck with this one and see how it worked. I did also buy a battery separate to work with the cooler. I received the cooler before I left my state to another for a funeral and decided I don't want to deal with ice on the trip. This electric cooler is so much better than I hope for it stays nice and cool once it reaches the temperature which can take awhile depends on what your doing. Me and my family enjoyed it very much and others would like to get one but the price is what hurts others from getting one. I had it running for a week to 2 weeks straight and stayed working fine the whole time. I would recommend this to those who are able to pay for the price.

I have had several refrigerators and by far this is the best one. It is large but easy to move around with extended handle. The settings are easy to adjust and the temperatures remain constant. I would and have, recommended this travel frig to friends and family.
