Bodega TWW75 is a Really good cooler, high powered. Product specs a bit misrepresented though.
jesse ✓ Verified Purchase•December 4, 2023
Bought this cooler, TWW75 to use off grid/boondock camping with solar, and a lithium ion battery bank for power. Ran it through tests to verify power useage, and that the battery bank will support the load of the fridge running as well as the other electric needs.
It arrived on time, though there was some damage to the box, with a matching dent in the handle once I opened it. Was minor, something I'll live with, doesn't affect anything, and isn't very noticeable.
Now to the real dirt on it. lol
-Good stuff mostly.
It does an amazing job of cooling, have been testing it since it arrived to make sure it does what its supposed to before its full of food and I'm in the middle of nowhere.
It gets cold fast, it was below freezing in about 30 min on a 94* day sitting outside mostly covered by a shade sail. The onboard temp gauges read a bit colder than what my IR gun says the stuff inside really is, could just be the on off variance, real temp is 1-2* higher than what the cooler says. So just set it a bit lower than what you want it to be. lol
That brings up the power consumption, its not stated on Amazon's site, but it is on the Bodega one where it lists it as 90 watts. I set it on high, and it was pulling 120 to 130 for the first hour or two, then settled down to 85 to 95 watts power draw for the remaining time before i brought it in the garage for the night, and switched it over to economy mode.
Total of about 6.5 hrs run time in a 94* mostly shaded area, and it used up .53kwh of power.
Overnite temps were in the mid 70's, ran it for an additional 10 hours which added another .18kwh.
Went to work, and left it sitting in an 80-85* garage for another 8 hrs or so. That took another .14kwh of power. Total after 24 hr run time used up .85kwh of power, which is easily supported by the 200ah battery, and solar charger system.
Economy mode seemed to save a bit of power, and it didn't seem to affect the cooling ability of the cooler keeping things cold. So far so good, really liking this unit, all except one thing. lol
-The one thing I really don't like.
The misrepresented spec sheet where it says how big it is.
Product sheet says 32.5 long, 21 wide, and 17 tall, in inches. Real measurements are 38" long with the handle and wheels on it. 22" wide, again from the handlebar that is part of the cooler. The height is 18.5", and not the stated 17" on the spec sheet.
The added length makes it not fit where it was intended to go during transport, its too long unless I remove the handle and the wheels. Kind of a big bummer to find that out. Not a deal killer for me, but it could have been for someone with a little suv or car they were putting it in. The surprise added height was almost a problem as well. lol. The drawers just barely slide open over the cooler, that one could have been a deal breaker. lol, glad it wasn't an issue for me, but again, it could be for someone in a small car.
Thats my only complaint about this cooler so far in my testing phase. Will try and update after some extended useage.

I put mine in the rear of my 4x4 overlanding truck. I went on a month trip out west in the rain, plenty of dust, and heat. It worked like a charm. It keep the foods frozen on one side and the other side very cool as I set it. I would recommend this for anyone else especially now that the price has been reduced.
Never Need Ice Again

We use a cooler a lot during the year. I live in the South and it is warm here March through December. Our need for a cooler is for when we go to the lake in the boat either fishing or skiing, when we are by the pool at home, or on roadtrips or vacations to the beach. While expensive, this cooler solves several problems for us. First, with out the need for ice, we get to use the storage space to its full capacity for the drinks and food we take. Second, there is no mess or cleanup or worry about water leaking anywhere. Third, everything stays at a consistent temperature for as long as we need. Its the perfect travel cooler.
I love that there are two sides that I can control separately and set at different temperatures. I like the option of plugging it into the car, a wall outlet or using a generator. The app is a great and easy way to set it up and maintain a watch on the temperature. If there is one downside, it would be that it is heavy, especially after being loaded, so wheels would be nice. But that being said, the capacity is large and it works flawlessly. This is high technology that works.

Awesome car frig; poor product manual, poor customer service!

I like the extendable handle and the wheels which make it easy to move around. I like how easy it is to switch lid orientation from one side to another in less than 10 seconds. The LED light inside each compartment is a very nice touch.
Beware: The product manual says you need to let the cooler sit horizontally for 6 hours after receiving it before you plug it in but doesn't say why. Does this mean it needs to be stored horizontally and not on end?
You need a Wifi internet connection to set up the Bluetooth app, which seemed odd but the setup worked ok on my Android phone on the first try.
The freezer temperature actually hits -4F but doesn't stay that cold. After testing continuously for a week, I noticed that the temperature climbs to as high as +4F before going back down.
At a constant temperature of 82 deg F in the shade, the cooler draws 55 watts on AC power with the large section set at 34 deg F and the small section set at -4F. I used an aquarium thermometer inside each compartment to check the accuracy of the cooler and the app temperature settings.
In spite of locking the controls with the 'lock' button on the app, my cats have shut off the cooler and changed the temperature multiple times during testing by lying with their feet over the control panel. I did not see a lock feature on the control panel.
The product ships with NO information on the solar port. A small external battery is shown attached to a solar panel in some marketing literature on the website but no details are provided on how to hook it up.
The Bodega web site shows a couple different solar panel setups but NO information is provided.
Trying to get information from Bodega Customer Service is very difficult, perhaps due to language issues between Chinese and English.
After several back and forth emails, we have determined the solar port size is 5.5mm x 2.1mm. I am still trying to get voltage and amperage ratings.
I have a Renogy folding 200W portable solar panel and a VMAX 155Ah deep cycle battery that I'm eager to hook up and test once I find out enough details to safely do so.
I will update this review as I receive more information.
