This unit came well packaged, the feel is excellent. The pads are good, but honestly too many small ones and only 4 good sized ones, I would like less small odd shaped ones and more big ones. I use the unit for a sore lower back after Golf and it works wonders honestly. I still need to stretch, it is not a magic cure. BUT it works very well.
There is a user manual, well written but they do not explain the different modes very well.
