You need really light TV!

Awesome concept, but you need a really light tv or big computer monitor to use this mount. I have 55" that is 40lbs as suggested and it could hold the weight.. probably works well with smaller tv/monitors that don't use it to its limits.

I noticed one of the reviews said they needed someone to contact them, however, when I called them today, the hold time was minimal, customer service was patient and technical support state on the line almost 30 minutes because of the difficulties of understanding with connected to what as there were no videos to be found on the unit assembly. the assembly took some time because the manual was very small as far as the type on for some of the connections. I have a 50" screen television, and the weight of this mental definitely appears to be able to hold it in place. Yet I haven't tested the system yet, the very fact that their customer service was courteous and friendly I decided to leave a review when I don't often do so.

This is August 9th 2023, and I must say, that I've had no problems with this unit. In fact, I use it without even noticing that I'm using it, it has the range that I needed, and I am honest when I say this, the company doesn't know me doesn't owe me a thing. The fact that they were even willing to provide customer assistance and replace the item without charging me any fees, I am taking the time to leave a review for them. Lot of reviews, don't trust him because they're misleading, this is probably in the past 8 years, the fifth review that I've ever left, but I wanted to take the time to let anyone else know who needs such a unit, do your measurements of your TV, make sure they match, and you will find that this unit, especially if you brace it correctly handles pretty good, and the range is what you would expect. Have a good day everyone
