I was finally able to use this during a Church function and it worked out well. Easy to use and clean. Just have to mindfull when placing the back portion on, It can easily come off. Otherwise this is a good dispenser that keeps each utensil sanitary.

Has tenancy to small crack a little where groove is cut out for sliding back panel. I sent the first one back and requested an exact replacement. The replacement had the same issue. However, I like this product so much I decided to glue the small crack and keep it. If not for this issue, I would have rated it with 5 Stars.

When I have a party, it would be nice to use this silverware dispenser. It's better than putting plastic utensils in a solo cup. And I love bamboo items. My experience is that they are always so sturdy and nice looking. In my pictures, I have a stack of heavy-duty plastic spoons on the left and heavy-duty plastic forks on the right. Since my spoons (and I imagine most others) are thicker on one end than the other, they don't lay completely flat. I wanted to see what the amazon page pictures show - uniformly stacked utensils.
It's a nice bamboo box that comes with four silicone pads for the bottom to protect your counter and avoid being moved easily. It also has a convenient panel on the back that can be removed to fill the box. It also can be filled from the front, for the openings are quite large. I assumed that with three openings, you could have forks, spoons, and knives in the box. But the knives would just fall out for obvious reasons.
