Got tired of the suction cup mount dropping off. Figured this should work.. works better than I imagined. Once attached to the wind shield, there's zero movement. So far the desert sun and temps haven't caused this to separate. Kinda doubt it will though. Easy install, just make sure you put it where you want it. Once installed you'll play hell scraping it off.

Overall the mount is exactly what I was looking for for my VanTrue N2 dash cam! I didn't realize when I first bought my dash cam that I needed a special mount to track the speed. After I found that out I bought this and now it works great and looks a bit more low profile compared to the standard mount! Only hiccup on my part was that I didn't realize this mount uses usb-c instead of mini usb so if you're using the cable provided with your VanTrue dash cam you may need an adapter as I did. Other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase!
