When I say my life became an Amazon commercial when I bought this I don't exaggerate. I bought this for my cats since we just moved into a new place and they were hiding under the bed or under the upper lid of a litter box. I wanted something that they could get comfort while having a place to retreat if they needed. I got exactly what I was expecting when I bought this product, and assembling it took us literally 5 minutes. (We put cat nip on the top, it's not dirt lol)

I like this a lot, it's very cute. For some reason my cats don't care to go into the bottom cubby though. I've had it for about a month and they're just now starting to sit on the top part. No complaints though, it's easy to put together and it looks nice.

costumers had said it was a plastic construction, which I WISH it was. This frame of this is Particle board material, and can not get wet, by any means- or it will swell and eventually disintegrate. The cat house was easy to assemble, the instructions on this website tells you exactly how/in detail to put this together. The outside covering, which makes it complete and look like a house-- is tight. Well made; might be able to spot clean but it's covering cardboard. Our cat took to it immediately, with out any catnip. Loving all the different levels. I feel like this was a good purchase, in spite of the couple of negatives. I will update the durability part of it.

Based on the reviews I expected this would be for my smaller cat to go in and my larger to sit on top, but even my large cat enjoys it! The opening is on the small side, but the interior is roomy enough to sit cozily. I don't think a Maine Coon would go inside, but chunky bois will fit fine.
