The product is well made and went together rather easy. I was looking for a solid wood construction but know a lot of products use that cheap press board, not this product it's solid wood construction which holds up better and makes less noise than metal. I screwed up thinking my mattress was full so I ordered full size frame but I was wrong, my mattress is a queen but it fits just fine onto this full size frame. So I'm pleased overall with product.

I was reluctant to purchase a bed frame without seeing the quality first, but after reading the reviews I decided to buy it. It exceeded my expectations (appearance and quality) and for the price you can't beat it. It was very easy to put together. My husband helped me with the side rails but it can be assembled with one person. I purchased it for our guest bedroom. It IS A LOW PROFILE bed so if you are looking for height this may not be the frame for you. I have a 12" mattress with a 1.5" topper on it. The top of the mattress hits about 2" above my knee (I'm 5'4"). The headboard is a soft velvet and is just tall enough to make a statement but short enough to go under a window. The wooden slates have velcro which is a nice feature as it hold the boards in place without screws. The frame is sturdy and solid. I would highly recommend this product. Very pleased with my purchase.
