The jar is well packed and sealed which is a must for a product like this. The capsules are relatively large so it may be difficult for some people to swallow.
There was a lot of spillage in the jar and all the capsules are covered in this powder which makes me think that some of the capsules were cracked or somehow damaged.

This product is a bit tough to judge "” the pomegranate powder in the capsules seems to be of decent enough quality. No bad side effects or anything like that. That said, I also didn't experience any tangible, visceral benefits from consumption. Perhaps these work like antioxidants where the benefits are "hidden" a bit but are good over the long term. As a brand, however, Toniiq is usually pretty good!
