Amazon did not give us the option to have it delivered inside the house. We are older and needed help to get it off the porch and into the house. The delivery person said that there should have been an option to pay extra to have it delivered inside.
I will say I am glad we purchased the chair. It is just like a more expensive chair we had tried. This is a better price and does exactly the same thing. Worth every penny.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing and worth every penny!!!!!!!!!!!!! What I love: It comes in two pieces, so it's super easy to put together (you will need two people as it's quite heavy), the champagne color â¤ï¸, and of course all of the insane massage features!!! This does it all! And you can control it with your voice or the small monitor pictured. There are air bags everywhere and this is as good as getting an in-person massage with all the different kneading techniques. This is a true zero gravity chair with 3 positions (other chairs advertise zero gravity but they are only fancy recliners). There's also a stretching feature that we really love. This purchase was well worth my money. The product is very comfortable. Many areas are massaged and the massage is very deep and very relaxing. The blue-tooth speakers work wonderfully! The product was delivered from a third party who communicated with us very consistently and we were kept informed of when our product would arrive. I would highly recommend this product. My only semi-negative comment would be regarding installation/assembly. Be sure to watch the videos that are on Amazon. They were most helpful as the book did give us enough details on how to install the foot rest. overall the quality is great!

This chair is amazing. Very relaxing. The foot rollers can be a little rough, but they can be turned off. A good variety of different massages. I purchased for enjoyment, but the tension I hold In my shoulders has improved with this chair. I agree with others that the control panel is a little qwerky, but I've made it work.
