very nice product. It would have been better if the case held the keyboard. I bought this for my 6 year old to use for learning apps needing keyboard access and not being attached limits the usability.

Overall, I think this tablet is great. Not only does it come with a case, but it also comes with a keyboard, mouse, and stylus! But one major disadvantage of the tablet is that you cannot update to an Android version higher than Android 11, meaning you're missing out on the cool features of the newer Android versions.

The tablet is great. Ordered for my 6 year old step-daughter's birthday. It is very user friendly and she was SUPER excited about having a pink tablet with a keyboard and mouse like a whole grown up. Giving 4 stars because it was not advertised as being refurbished or used but it had someone's search history throughout the tablet. Luckily I saw it while setting parental controls and cleared the tablet before handing it to her. ðŸ'ƒ BUT, cannot beat it for the price, although a little bummed it wasn't truly brand new. Alas. I just got it and just opened it was very well packed and everything was in the box I'll edit later if there are any problems but so far so good edit : so it's been almost not quite a month and I still like it it works great for what I need it for the only negative thing I have to comment is that it gets really hot if your screen is on for a period of time not anything that can't be fixed by taking a break and letting it cool down the breaks are beneficial in so many ways trust me😊
