Update: Seller has offered me a full refund
I'd rate 5 stars if it didn't leak from the area pictured. How it's connected, that's as far as the hose will screw in and a little water will drip out. The power cord is very short, same with the hose. I have to use an extension cord and I had to buy a connector and use another hose. It is very helpful though and can hold a decent amount for a compact washer. When it beeps to let you know it's done, I think it's kind of loud and it beeps about 4-5 times

I did not know this until I received the washer that in order to drain properly, the drain hose can be no higher than 10cm. So not hooking into where a regular washer would drain or even putting in a bath tub. And I tried to drain it without laying it flat and it would not properly or completely drain. The inlet attachment was tightened completely and still sprayed all over the room. And you can only hook up to a single point, not warm and cold. I was so excited to have a washer of this size that spin drys in the same tub. And I am now SO INCREDIBLY disappointed. Ugh, I wish it was different.
UPDATE:
Customer service was GREAT! I received a new washer to give it another try. The water does drain up the hose to where a regular washer hookup would drain. However, at the end you are left with a little bit of water in the hose. I set the machine on top of a small stand, and at the end of each washing session, I lower the hose and put the machine on tub dry only for a couple minutes. This drains the remaining water into a container of my choosing, with which I collect the water and then dump it down the sink. The first few times I used the washer there was a burning smell after it was done, but the burning smell has gone away. The agitator doesnt seem as powerful as some twin tub washing machines Ive used...however, I think this can be remedied by not putting as many clothes in the tub.

I fell in love with this washer and used it for a month without any issues. I tried 4 times to contact the seller, but didn't get any response until I left an ugly review. Now they are issuing a full refund to me!!!

I got the washer later in the day, and had it set up in no time! I had to use plyers to tighten the connector to the sink, but once I did, I started washing clothes immediately!

This washing machine serves as a backup for my family's summer activities. I leave it in my garage for easy access to the water supply and open place for drain. When we complete swimming, I through our swimming suits and towels into this machine, letting it wash and drain. All options are displayed on the top panel. I usually choose the regular wash mode and after 40-50 minutes, I get clean swimming suits and towels. They are still with no dropping water. I then hang them in my backyard. With this washing machine, I can do flexible washing any time. No need to run the big washing machine and dryer in my house. This means smaller number on my utility bill. Overall, this is a super handy machine for summer activities.
