I was surprised at how big the safe was. The digital lock is fairly easy to use and there is a backup keyed option for when the batteries are no longer functional. There is plenty of storage space inside the safe, but be warned that the locking mechanism does protrude into the safe's internal storage area so you need to place the largest items on the bottom or top of your stack. There is also a small shelf to help use the space most efficiently. It's classified as a fire safe, but there are mounting holes pre-drilled in the safe which to me would indicate the contents are not necessarily safe from flames that could make their way inside those holes. Overall though, its a good safe option for home use.

I was pleasantly surprised that this safe was larger than I was thinking it would be when I ordered it. It has enough room to hold your typical important papers and smaller luxury items like watches, rings, bracelets (or a small case of those things). It feels very solid and isn't flimsy feeling. This would also be an easy safe to grab and go in the case of an emergency! The price is really exceptional for such a great safe!

This is a nice little safe for first timers or if you're looking for something to keep kids out, like prescriptions. Personally, I would not store documents in it as it has holes for mounting which means there's access for flames to get inside. In my opinion, there's a 0% chance this is fireproof, which it says in the description, which cost it a star. If they changed it to fire resistant, I'd possibly give it 5 stars.
For me, this works as a great decoy safe, and I keep prescriptions, OTC pills and first aid items inside. I didn't setup the code and I just use the key. It is quite small, so I would probably spend a little extra to get a good sized, actual fireproof safe. That's for the current sale price though, for the $90 regular price I would definitely say no.
