I was buying another oven from a different seller, but it was taking too long, so I started looking for an alternative. I found this one, same size, more accessories and the advantage that this one can be use with propane or with wood pellets. And for only $99! It was supposed to arrive on Friday, but I was advised it would arrive Thursday, and then today Wednesday I got a message that it was delivered! So, I had prepared some dough for tomorrow, pulled it out of the fridge and let it rest outside until dinner time. The oven itself needs some assembly, but the main body comes in one piece. It seems well built, all stainless steel. Only disadvantage is that you have to use with only one fuel, you can't use propane and give some flavor with pellets at the same time. One or the other. So, as I didn't buy pellets yet, I tried it with propane. Light it on on a second attempt,(just hold the knob for 3 seconds before it clicks). The fire comes out from twin afterburners, just like in a war plane from Top Gun. Put the cover in the front (kind of quirky) and let it preheat for 15-20'. It reached about 600 F easily. You can only make 12" or smaller pizzas because the width of the oven opening is 12.4". The peel that comes with the set is kind of small, maybe 10", so I used my own peel which is 12" wide. But be aware that you have turn the pizza every 15-20 seconds or so, giving it a 90 degree turn, then another 15 seconds until the border (cornichon) is golden. To do the turns, it's easier with the smaller peel. The result is awesome. Quality pizzeria pizza. I do my own dough, but you can buy premade dough at your favorite supermarket. Very satisfied and I'll recommend it to anyone.
