I have a severe hearing loss, and so far I'm really pleased with these aids. They really boost the mid-to-high frequency range which is (to me) the most essential portion of the auditory spectrum for speech. I've not had any problem with what's considered noise...so, the noise cancelling feature is working great. They don't introduce an increased level of background noise...in fact, they're very "quiet" in that regard. Don't have enough time on them yet to evaluate battery charge life, but hoping battery charge life will be at least 12 hours. I would definitely recommend these aids for those with severe loss of hearing in the mid-to-high audible frequency (speech) range.

My kids keep saying I can't hear so I started with this cheaper pair. I guess I needed them as I can hear so much better even at home with normal ceilings. I can't wait to try them at their homes, they both have high ceilings.
