Actually; I almost returned the thing. What the seller should have done was provide some basic start up instructions regarding getting the thing booted up and ready to work. For instance, I had no idea that I wouldn't be able to pair my Bluetooth earbuds until it was no longer on Airplane Mode. But I've got it working now and it seems to work just fine.
