I've tried these a few different ways, and they do work well if you get the right positioning. It takes some patience... They're very soft and comfortable. They stick well, and are pretty easy to clean for reuse. Just don't give up if they look lumpy at first. Try different arrangements and you'll find one that looks appropriate!

These tuck into your bra where the supportive pads are inserted. You can either leave the supporting pads in or replace them with these. I recommend taking them out, it makes the process a little bit easier. The process isn't necessarily easy by any means, though. Oh, and just make sure you're ready for all the extra attention, cuz, they do instantly increase the size of your chest.

These are cloth covered bra inserts aka "chicken cutlets" designed to produced deeper cleavage and a higher profile for the breasts. They work better in some bra's than others and individuals will experience different levels of success... but these work fine. The skin side is cloth and the bra side of these has a piece of plastic that covers "sticky silicone" so they will stay in place. That works well and they are not uncomfortable to wear all day.

Been testing out different types of bra inserts and pads and these are definitely high on the rating list. This bra pads are sticky on the front but cloth on the inside, which I really like because I hate when it also sticks onto my breasts. It easily gets sweaty and is uncomfortable having a sticky pad on you for hours with your sweat having no where else to escape. The inner cloth padding is much more comfortable. I love how you can create different looks of the cleavage and breast uplift depending on which ways you stick them in your bra. The sticky part is very sticky but the sides aren't sticky so that makes it easier to handle, compared to other sticky bra pads where all parts are super sticky so it's super hard to handle and put on.
One thing I suggest is using these for regular bras and not push up bras with inner breast lift pads included in it. That just made my breasts have more space on the top and didn't create a nice cleavage when you look at it looking down.
