Having been disappointed with a smart mug which needed to be plugged in most of the time, I am relieved to finally find a cost effective alternative with a better design. Base accommodates a large, more-or-less flat bottomed mug and is stable. Heating is very good (I like hot coffee, not lukewarm). Cord length is also good. Just a few, obvious notes: it comes with a thin, circular round cork piece to place underneath the unit. Good idea since it's hot but I'm going to find a larger, thicker piece so I don't have to reposition the one it came with every time I slightly move the unit. Hoping it has a long life.

Always tired of having to drink my coffee fast or reheat in microwave. This warmer does great with ceramic mugs, even with a dimple in bottom. I also like the big base as it fits my oversized mug. Definitely recommend and may also replace my one in office with another one of these.

We bought two"¦..one for the wife and one for me. They replaced old, worn-out (and one not working) warming pads which carried the name of a famous coffee maker once endorsed by a Hall of Fame baseball player who was married to MM. These look SO much nicer. They have a bigger base for larger mugs and the four digital warming temps work great. Although a few dollars more than our old pads, these are 100% what we were looking for. I recommend these to everyone without hesitation.
