I like this tapioca starch, it has no really taste and works great as a thickener and added to baked goods. I am not gluten free but I like to have a varied diet and bake with different flours, this is a nice tapioca flour and it is easy to use in my kitchen. I dispensed the bag into my own container to seal in freshness, but the bag is resealable. It seems to be a high quality flour and I would purchase it again.

This Tapioca Starch Flour from Quay is as expected. It's finely ground powder, soft and white. I've used tapioca to make many recipes. I tested out a new one for vegan omelets this time (made with silken tofu and chickpea flour as well as tapioca flour). They came out beautifully! I'm happy to have this product to make vegan mozz and other recipes, too! Recommend!!

I use a lot of tapioca flour when I make my vegan cheeze sauces. Just a couple tablespoons at a time is all it takes along with heat to thicken up my creations. This is a decent size bag though a bit more expensive than others I usually buy. I like that this is a non gmo product and in a resealable bag. Though I have a container I use for it.

I use tapioca starch as a thickener in my custards and cream pies because unlike corn starch it does not break down during freezing. This product was reasonably priced and worked perfectly to thicken my custards. The bag it came in is resealable for easy storage.
