A Major OUTLET issue to work out..
Devin Rowe✓ Verified Purchase•January 25, 2024
The machine works great. the spin cycle is impressive and the wash is thorough, but the process takes time and effort to complete one cycle of clothes. The drain hose and inlet hose are too short for my wash area. So, i have to carry the machine to drain after each wash. No Problem, one load at a time. So, i am adding a longer drain hose and a larger inlet hose to ease the pain of carrying the machine after each wash to drain. the last and most important thing is the machine shuts off after you unplug it. Or, to say it a better way, the wall outlet MUST BE RESET AFTER UNPLUGGING THE MACHINE to drain. if you plug back in the machine will not work. It needs 60 hz for peak demand, which is very high. Now you know.
Unbelievable

What a delightful surprise! I was amazed at the great way the machine works. It's cute, noiseless, and inexpensive. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
Easy to use

I like this washing machine because it's easy to use and it does actually get the clothes clean in very little time. It is perfect for an ADHD person that can never remember to get the laundry in and out of the washing machine and then the dryer because it takes so little time that you don't have time to get focused on anything else and completely forget you've been doing laundry. It is also kind of loud which is helpful for the ADHD person in helping them remember that it's going. I only have one small issue and that is that the draining seems a little less than optimal because it does leave dirt at the bottom of the washing machine and unless you're rinsing out the washing machine it can be hard to get the dirt out but if your clothes are also is like still in there then they dirt is basically just go settling back onto your clothes as your draining the water. I also recommend rinsing your clothes afterwards by draining the soapy water and then putting clean water in and then running it for another short cycle just to rinse and then draining immediately so that the dirt doesn't have time to settle completely. I love the spinner basket it gets like 90% of the water out of the clothing before even attempting to dry the clothing and then it makes hanging up your clothes to dry very easy and very quick. All you need is a small fan if you're doing it inside your home and most of the time your clothes are dry within a couple of hours if you have enough air circulation with the fan aimed properly. Sadly I have been told I cannot use it in my apartment so that sucks.
This is a laundry game changer.

I live in a small apartment with no washer/dryer hookups. I'm terminally ill and going to a laundry mat was just too much and so expensive. I decided to buy a portable washer.
I spent a month reading reviews, looking at specs, and trying to find the best one for my budget with the largest capacity. At the last minute, I found this washer. It looked perfect, said it holds 32#s (20# washer/12# spinner) and was just $150. I wanted it but the shipping was $50 and caused me to look some more. After 2 days to think on it, I decided to buy it anyway because it's final cost was as much or less than the smaller capacity ones.
The washer arrived within the timeframe given. Unbox it the easy way by cutting off the box bottom and removing the Styrofoam. If you are using it indoors, place it in your bathtub because it will on drain completely if the drain is laying completely down. Don't trust the instructions or you'll have a huge mess. Lay down the drain hose, plug the electric cord into a power surge strip or straight to your GFI plug if it will reach. Attach the fill hose straight end to the water inlet tube closest to the water source on top. The other end of the hose isn't stretchy, it's solid and the hose was too short to reach my sink faucet. After trying and failing various ways to get the water into the washer I attached a large kitchen funnel into the hard white tip of the inlet hose. I have a no-nonsence shower head 🚿 an decided to use a ziptie to hold the funnel up in place but still be able to rotate it out of the way when I needed to shower. Turned it on and it worked. This is great because you can set your own temperature for each load type and can walk away while it fills.
I have done 7 loads ranging from delicates to king size blankets (not comforters) and sheets within 3 days. This machine is so easy to operate. It really does hold 20# in the washer. The spinner holds12# and leaves the clothes almost completely dry. Plus, it comes with a clothes rack you can hang on the edge of your door and 10 rubber coated hangers. They are perfect and have your clothes dry in a few hours.
You will need to workout the right amount of laundry to put in for your tastes. DO NOT overload your machine. There is a M stamped to the middle right of the lint trap to show the maximum level. The wash cycle is 15 minutes. I usually run 2 cycles to wash, drain, refill with water, add fabric softener, run cycle, and then drain. If you want to prewash just fill it up with water and detergents and let sit for as long as you want.
I usually only fill the spinner halfway as it is a 5min cycle and I want my clothes to come out drier. However, I have also filled it to it's maximum level and just ran the spinner through 2-3 cycles when I was in a hurry. If the clothes come out too wet for your taste, run through another spin cycle. Make sure you place the snowflake like piece on top of your clothes before closing the two spinner lids. The top spinner door must be shut in order for it to work.
You can operate the washer and the spinner at the same time. The spinner drains automatically so you don't have to turn the dial to Drain. The machine is not as loud as a full size washer unless the load is unbalanced. The machine only weighs 20# so it's not too hard to lift out of the bathtub for utilizing your shower or tub. I recommend shaking out all of your clothes to help with wrinkles before handing. If you steam the clothes after drying they will become soft like they were run through an electric dryer.
My only regret is that I didn't find this machine earlier in my search. I enjoy doing laundry now and my apartment always smells Downy fresh. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to use but a little labor needed

I like this for small undies/kids/socks loads. Good for a couple adult size items but nothing more. Apartment living on the third floor can be torture going to the laundry mat. This makes it a little easier. The only downside is filling. The water hose doesn't adapt to any of our water spouts. We use a large bowl to fill it. Hopefully we can find something to make filling much easier. Other than that, I'd reccomend.
