I've been taking this for 30 days, three times a day and will be starting on the two times a day. I used to wake up every two hours do use the bathroom and now I can actually go four hours before I have to get up. I drink a lot of water throughout the day, so frequent urination is expected. I was diagnosed with bladder retention, and I really hope that continues to work and improve.

I have been using it for a month and instead of 3 to 4 trips to the bathroom at night, it's now either none or 1. It is helping during the day too. No more pads. I hope it keeps working. I can't tolerate the prescription medications for the problem: Too many side effects, and something I never thought about. Horrible withdrawals from the prescription meds. Awful experiences.
