This helped so much. I didn't feel pain after my treadmill workout! Super supportive and comfy. Fitta in the shoe. Remember to push the black tongue against the laces. When putting in your foot.

I love this ankle brace. Actually I use it as a foot brace because I am duck footed in my right foot. When I don't wear it it turns out a little bit. Before I got brace for my doctor. I have sprained my ankle a few times. Because when I'm sitting my right foot turned out too much. When I told my doctor that the nerves in my foot were hurting. He said we're going to test you for diabetes. I just think it's because of spraining my foot lots of time. This is a good foot or ankle brace to use instead of getting one at the doctors. It's much cheaper than at the doctors too. It will just take some getting used to that's all. The strings are little big. But that can be dealt with. But I think this braces built more for men.

Very well made, great support, but VERY bulky. I only have one pair of shoes that I can actually wear when I wear this brace.

This is the best thing I have ever bought. It is super comfortable, extremely adjustable in almost every direction, great craftsmanship, reinforced seams, provides so much support, and I can walk normally in it. It has THICK straps with Velcro that will not come undone, and the lacing underneath allows it to conform to your foot very well. I bought because i damaged the inner tendon in my ankle about 3 weeks ago, and walking would bring on random bursts of pain if my ankle experienced any kind of instability, even at undetectable levels (like stepping on a freakin pebble). So i needed very acute support in all directions. When I started wear this a week ago, my ankle would still pang but not as often as without the brace. Now, my ankle never hurts when wearing it. I know it helps though, because when I take it off my ankle will hit me with that painful pang within an hour of just puttering around the house. It is very comfortable, I even wear it to bed. I prefer to wear a long sock underneath it to prevent chafe, but I have also gone without and worn the brace with flip flops. It is slim, and fits inside *some* of my shoes. My low ankle cut converse and lace up boots with both lace up and go over it, but you might need longer shoe laces! I got a size S and it is jusssst about right for my women's size 5-6 feet (on the line). I would recommend getting a smaller size than you think you need (when in doubt), because if it is too small you will need to pull the Velcro up higher and the pokey side of it will stick above the brace and scratch your leg or stick to your sock. Little trick - don't tie the bow for the laces at the top of the ankle on the front of the shin. The compression band that goes around the top of the brace will press that little knot right into your shin bone - ouch!! Instead, I lace it up and put the ends of the laces to the side, secure the Velcro strap around the top of my ankle, AND THEN tie the laces on top of the Velcro compression strap. Took me a day or so to figure out.

I am having ankle pain. This brace really helps with that. It's not terrible to put on, but taking it off? Oh my goodness, it's a pain. After undoing the straps, I have to really loosen the laces a lot, before I can get it off my foot. It's more of a struggle than other braces I have used. Still, it is helpful, so I do use it.
