Make sure the phone is connected to 2.4GHz wifi, not to wifi with a 5GHz suffix; 2. Turn on the phone's wifi; 3. Restore factory settings/wifi reset: unplug the charging gun, and press and hold the Ⓐ key and the time key on the product screen at the same time until "Restore factory settings" is displayed. 4. Re-add the device after restarting.
