I've used this 2x since I've received it. The first time was great and I was really happy with it. It was really light, easy to manage, and it did a great job on my hair. I just plugged it in again today to use for the second time and .... nothing. Dead as a doorknob. Tried a few different settings and different plugs but nothing happened. And I am just outside the return period for this item. It had terrible reviews, so shame on me for purchasing it anyway. I feel bad I got a lemon and even worse that I am now going to contribute it to the landfill. I had my last hair dryer for 20 years and thought this would be my next long-term relationship. Bummed

Used three times to dry my hair since I bought it and it works great. I wanted a Revlon because my old Revlon hair dryer lasted me about 7-8 years. My mom actually gave it to me before I went to college and I have no idea how long she used it before she gave it to me. I've attached photos of my old blue one next to the new. The old one actually STILL works great but I accidentally broke the filter cover recently and lost the concentrator a long time ago so I figured I would treat myself to a new one. The new one is quieter and works just as good as my old dryer. It's not heavy and I like how easy it is to rotate the concentrator to work with me so I'm not killing my wrist while styling. I've tried some of my friends expensive hair dryers and I don't know why people spend the money. I get that some other brands have cheap-o hair dryers but this one is amazing for the price! 10/10 recommend.

This drys my hair much quicker than my old Walmart brand dryer. It's not as loud and easy to hold. Comes with 2 nozzle attachment. One diffuser and one narrow extender for targeted air flow. Both screw on sloppily. Meaning it takes a few tries to get them on secure. But I guess that's to be expected of an all plastic tool. Once they are screwed on, they tend to rotate when you don't want them to and sometimes fall off in use. It's annoying but not the end of the world. It's a good price and with patience my hair gets styled.

Burned up after 8 months. Spend a little more money and get a nicer product. This one is going in the trash (once the burning smell subsides).

Best hair dryer I have ever owned! I took it on a girl's weekend and everyone else raved about how fast it dries your hair and how shiny your hair is when you are done. I had asked my hair dresser for a suggestion that wasn't over $100 and she said "don't waste your money on one of the commercial hair dryers, buy this one." She was right!
