Stopped Working After 5 Months

I purchased this product in April of 2017, by September 2017, it stopped working properly. I used maybe 2-3 times a week on average. It has burnt out and no longer functions on the high level.

Great dryer for me and I love everything about it. The only reason I didn't give it a five star, was because it is too easy to hit the switches but not that big of a deal.

This is best hair dryer I have every purchased. I like that the low setting is strong and steady but does not blow too strong as many do. The switches appear to be in an awkward place, but they are quality and are not moved too easily. I have never changed settings while using the dryer.
I have to add to my review. After a year of gentle use, the on/off switch has failed. I can not recommend this dryer.

This hair dryer works so well for me. Thankfully, my grasp on the handle does not inadvertently change the toggle switch controls as some have experienced. The balance & light weight are just what I was looking for. My go-to attachment is the diffuser & I'm pleased w/the results. I would like a longer cord, but I can make this work just fine.

I just had neck surgery and needed a lighter weight dryer. My hair is frizzy. I used this dryer for the 1st tie today. It has so much power and dried my hair very quickly. Hair is fuller and does have less frizz. Only problem I have is with the drying end just snapping on. My boyfriend got it on tonight. I hope it stays. Other than that, I am in love with this dryer!
