It Works!!!
DustOffUH1February 6, 2018
Two words. It Works!!!! I have a Grundig Satellit 800 Millennium Shortwave radio, which has a Very good whip antenna. I hooked up this antenna to it, and it is pulling in FM stations, which I couldn't pick up clearly as well as stations which I couldn't pick up at all, and now its receiving them. I live "in the middle of nowhere" in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, where it is hard to pick up many FM stations. This antenna works! Period. Also the HD stations come in more clearly and through my headphones I can tell the difference between regular transmission (whip antenna) to, now the HD (this antennas) sound. I did place the antenna in my window. Not in the window was still good, but in the window a whole lot better.
Excellent option for radios that accept a coax or bare wire 75 ohm connection. Good upgrade from 300 ohm dipole antennas.

Massive upgrade for my old 70s receiver over the cheap dipole antenna I was using. I noticed an immediate improvement over a station my receiver refused to pick up cleanly, despite more modern radios picking it up fine. It comes with a coax 75 ohm connector with a bare wire adapter for older receivers. Could not be happier.

A lot of people have commented on the short wire length. It's about 6ft and the coax connections mean you could make it as long as you want. I don't think I'd go much longer than 6ft without an amplifier of some kind though.
Get something else

I should have paid more attention to the other reviews but I was looking for an alternative to having a dipole antenna stretched across my wall. The only thing going for this antenna is its size and it looks nice. I thought that since my cheap clock radio with a single wire hanging from the back could pick up a dozen FM stations, surely this would do just as well if not better. Wrong. The product literature warns against having any other electronics in use nearby to avoid interference. Even with everything in the room powered down I could only get one station clearly. I tried to contact the seller but got no response (even though I responded to an email they sent asking about my experience).
Radio galore
MarteSeptember 11, 2017
We live in an old house in the Los Angeles area where radio reception can be hit or miss. (Yes, even though all the towers are up on Mt. Wilson, geography can shield you from the signals.) My husband wanted to listen to the radio in his home office and was having the dickens of a time getting the stations to come in. I was going to buy another Leaf antenna for him, but then I saw this one, which looked much more suitable for his purposes. And I was right. It worked perfectly right out of the box and now he can listen to any radio station he wants. Win!
Highly recommended.

I bought one of these to replace the FM antenna that came with my Denon receiver because the cheaply made, skinny, single wire antenna that came with my receiver couldn't even do a good job picking up the local FM station that is located less than 10 miles from my house. This TERK antenna works so well that I purchased a second one to replace the old rabbit ear FM antenna I had on another receiver out in my garage. This antenna is well made, it is good-looking, and it works great. I can't believe they can sell something this well made and that works as well as this for less than $10.
