Gets you moving when you're sedentary. If you're fat and you need to start out slow, then this is it. Even if you're not fat, but totally out of shape, buy this, work out on it for a couple weeks or months and it will get you in shape without joint issues.

Soooo fun! Easy to do while watching TV. I've only had it a couple of days, no problems. Kind of a pain to put together (not strategically difficult, just the pieces are very large and heavy). Would be better to put together with another person but hey, I did it. Like other reviewers, wish you could increase the resistance, but it's doing what I want it to do just fine, which is to be there for me when I'm about to lapse into a TV coma and instead choose to workout a bit. Overall a very nice value.
Great, low impact workout. Sweat will be rollin but you won't be outta breath!

I love the Gazelle! I do the video everyday which is only about 30 minutes and have already lost 2 pounds since September 9th when it arrived. You can feel it working your thighs and calves for sure but my favorite part is you don't get out of breath! I always get super out of breath running on the treadmill or elliptical but on the gazelle I'll have sweat rolling down my face but i can keep going because I'm not out of breath. It really is awesome! Watch the video for sure because I wasn't doing it right the first day and after watching thr video i get an awesome workout.

I've only been using this for 5 days, but it's the most fun piece of exercise equipment I've ever used. Easy to put together (watch out for the grease on the middle bar!!),working by myself I had it assembled within an hour with very little effort. It can range from a very easy workout to a very intense workout depending on the length of your stride and how much you lean forward/backward. I don't have much upper body strength, and leaning forward on this thing really works my arms and shoulders. I feel like it gives a great total body workout. It's easy to fold up and move, so I can just keep it in the living room, tucked into a corner. Came nicely packaged, no damage. Though I did get a chuckle when I got the notification and saw that it had been 'left in the mailbox'. Thankfully my mailman didn't actually try that- he left it on the doorstep.

A fantastic product at a bargain price. A handsome piece of exercise equipment. We keep ours in the living room in front of the TV. Amazingly, it folds flat and fits in a corner nicely. My wife had one years ago and was devoted to it. Quality, heavy duty materials, easy to assemble. Read assembly instructions before removing from box. As with any assembly using bolts, be sure to hand thread bolts into holes as far as possible before tightening to prevent cross-threading.
