The instructions to put this together was great.. all parts were sealed so no missing parts.. moderately easy to put together.. I really like the machine..it does squeak a little though.not as quiet as I would like but tolerable. I'm 70 so I have it on the least resistance and it gives me a good workout.. overall, I'm very happy ..

I got this Elliptical to work on some cardio and to get my heart rate up. I have to say that it always gets my heart pumping. I love that you can adjust the tension so you can make it harder. I also love that it has a shelf above the screen so I can put my phone on it as I listen to music. It is pretty quiet, no loud clunking noises when moving. My only draw back is the heart rate monitor isn't very accurate and you have to squeeze very hard to get a reading. I would recommend this elliptical to anyone who wants a workout at home.

It's a great machine and works great. Putting it together was easy as the guidelines are clear and easy. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it does a squeaking sound while working on it. It's not that bad but I'd rather without it. I even bought another one for a friend!
