After elliptical was delivered, immediately received an email to confirm everything was ok.
Unfortunately I had issues with the machine, but the customer service team was super responsive and helpful. They tried to troubleshoot- and when that didn't work, they immediately agreed to resolve through credit.

The first time I wrote this review, I gave it two stars. I was disappointed. The elliptical was delivered to me in less-than-perfect condition. A screw was missing from the kit, and there was a clicking sound every time I turned the wheel. I mentioned this in my review, and the company promptly contacted me with an intent to make it right. They offered me a full refund. I was concerned because of the hassle it would take to return this 300+ pound piece of equipment, as the packaging was gone. They acknowledged my hesitation and graciously offered to refund the purchase without having to pack it up. Whew! This speaks a lot about the integrity of the MERACH brand and that they stand behind their product no matter what. They explained that they investigated some possible reasons for the clicking sound. The internal gears were likely bumped and damaged in the delivery process. Improved packaging techniques were being discussed. So... would I invest in another MERACH product? Sure. This current elliptical is still usable, even with the clicking sound. I can still get a good workout if I tune it out. I just turn the TV volume up and off I go. For that, it was worth it. Eventually, I will replace the machine with a new MERACH product. By that time, I am sure the packaging and delivery will be improved. The people behind the MERACH brand deserve some respect for making this right.

Updated after 60 days as a tall guy: still getting a bad ass workout. Dripping in sweat every time. Best investment I have made. Put mine in the garage for extra sweat intensity IN TEXAS NO LESS!
DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS! Especially the interactive apps. You can use the merach app or I personally use the Kino app. It auto adjusting for a workout is all the difference. I just push through to the end without having to thibk about or talk myself into/out of a type of workout.
