I had an earlier machine and wore it out, had it repaired and gave it away to family. I love these machines, as they are very ergonomic, quiet and a pleasure to workout with!

Multiple leaky machines

The Q35x gives a decent basic workout. It does not offer an incline or stride adjustments, but does have a low step-up height, which helps if you have low ceilings. The problem I have with the machine is that after I use it my wheel tracks are left with a brown liquid covering them. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me its just the machine breaking in. This wasn't true so I returned my elliptical to Amazon. This was not an easy process, with delivery time mixups and poor delivery service. The new machine gives me the same problem but how many times can I go through the exchange process? As a result, every time I use the elliptical I need to take a car towel and clean off the wheel track or the liquid hardens. This is a pain for me (and costs money) but I feel like I don't have much of a choice at this point. Hopefully, this helps potential buyers with their decision.
