I purchased this machine for my husband who has not been able to exercise due to an injury. He has noticed a big difference in his leg strength and is very happy with the results. He has been using it everyday. The one down side is he wears a size 12 shoe and he has a hard time keeping his feet on it. It would be nice if it was just a little wider. He is going to come up with a Velcro strap that he is hoping will help. I would recommend this to anyone who has limited mobility.

I bought this sitting elliptical after my sister bought one and let me try hers out. I immediately ordered my own. I work from home and like a lot of others I sit most of the day at a computer. This is a great way to improve circulation. It is easy to transport by the front opening which is also convenient for storing the remote control. The operation is easy to figure out. I believe it is a great buy.

This portable elliptical is great! It's already assembled, has 5 speeds, goes forwards and backwards and I can do it while watching TV. I had partial knee replacements and my knees, especially the left one always felt numb and hurt. This little machine is making them feel better!
