Very great if it works, but if not then goodluck!

The Card Reader is excellent for the price. Does the job, and recognizes 95% of the content, making the job much easier. It has a hard time with logos, which is understandable. You have to proof the information for typos or errors but is it usually okay. 8.5/10
Their biggest downfall is their customer support. They have a difficult time diagnosing issues over the phone and ran me in circles. I had to explain to them how to do a few things. More than that, their support numbers are plentiful and unclear. Sometimes I'd called one during business hours and I would not be able to reach anyone. After digging, I found a more reliable number, but this one is not advertised..
After 8+ phone calls, I arranged a return. They did not pay for the return, which is not all that uncommon, but just so that's out there. More so, they literally returned the same machine to me (I checked serial numbers) and denied it. Fortunately it worked, but it was the fact that they denied it irritated me. 3/10

Worked as expected - a little difficult on figuring out how to use once cards are scanned, but I'd recommend.

This product is an absolute time saver! Instead of typing all the business card data into your address book, you just scan as many cards as you want and import them into your address book (we use Outlook here). You do need to verify the data before you export, since some card fonts can be misinterpreted by the scanner. I would say out of 60 cards, I had to adjust 10% of either phone number digits or company names. I have used other units in the past and this one is probably better than most.

Cool little tool. Does scan accurately about 85% of the time and errors are easily fixed. Easy to export the downloaded cards into MS Outlook. Value for money. If you have to load business cards on an industrial scale then this gizmo is not for you, however now and again loading tens of cards is fun and satisfying.

I started using the scanner immediately. The software was easy to install and with the exception of a few cards, the scanner is able to pick up and read all the business card and place the appropriate information in the appropriate fields and merging to Outlook is SOOOOO easy!!! This device saved me a lot of time and headaches :) Love it!
