Refurbished laptop looks like new. Build quality is solid, tank-like. Keyboard is solid. Processor, SSD, Win 10 are all very quick and snappy. Win 10 Activation Code worked perfectly. As a 2011 model, I sure hope it lasts. For now, I'm very, very happy with this laptop. Highly recommend this model and seller!
