These wood chips are perfect for my smoking gun. I love the variety of flavor that it give the food. The wood ships are really fine. Just a pinch works so these pints of wood chips will last a long time. The wood chips are good quality wood and give my food awesome flavor. I love having different options of wood depending on what I smoke as they each provide a distinct flavor.

Great for intended use in small kitchen smoking "guns" for adding smoke to cocktails and food. These come in a contained a little smaller than an ice cream pint, and are very fine. Flavor seemed okay. I'd have liked to be able to purchase individually and have additional variety.

I purchased these wood chips at the same time that I ordered the "Gourmia GSM160 Portable Infusion Smoker" and they are a great match. The chips are very finely ground and the perfect size for this little portable smoker. Just a pinch or two is needed, so I expect these four pints will last a very long time - even though I'll probably be experimenting and smoking just about everything in sight for awhile! I did my first test drive last night, using the hickory chips to smoke some chicken wings, and the flavor was amazing. I look forward to trying the other chip flavors.
